Manchester Grand Hyatt recently unveiled Brew30 California Taps, a craft beer gastropub serving San Diego craft beer alongside elevated bar fare. Located on the lobby level of the Seaport Tower in the former Redfield’s Sports Bar, the tap room offers 22 TVs and projector big screen in 4,500 sq. ft. of newly redesigned space.
28 of the 30 taps are dedicated to San Diego breweries, featuring seasonal favorites and limited editions. Representing the city’s emerging spirits scene, the remaining two taps are reserved for barrel-aged cocktails from Cutwater Spirits, the award-winning distillery from the original founders of Ballast Point. Brew30 partnered with Stone Brewing’s Liberty Station to create their own beer partnership. Freshfor30, a limited-edition India Pale Ale, 7.5% ABV, with notes of citrus, stone fruit and pine.
Food highlights include:
- The Brew30 Burger – 100 percent grass fed beef topped with candied bacon, fried egg, caramelized onion, jalapenos and a special house made sauce
- The Impossible Burger – 100 percent meatless burger that tastes like the real thing is topped with mixed greens, jalapeno tomato jam and smashed avocado
- Ahi Tuna Burger – Seared tuna with arugula, butter pickles, roasted tomatoes and wasabi mayo
- Grain – A healthy dish compiled of farro, red quinoa, arugula, roasted cauliflower, spiced sweet potato, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, celery, thyme vinaigrette and toasted baguette
