With International Gin + Tonic Day upon us on April 9th, celebrate with mixing up a gin cocktail at home, curtesy of Mattias Horseman, Ambassador for Hendrick’s Gin. The result of eleven different botanicals, Hendrick’s Gin twists tradition through its signature use of cucumber and rose petals, as well as a pioneering distillation technique. Ingredients:
1 Parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 Parts Tonic Water
Method:
Fill a highball glass with good cubed ice.
Combine all ingredients and give a gentle stir
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
1 part Aperol
1 part Yellow Chartreuse
1 part Fresh Lime Juice

Shake and strain into a Coupette.
