Chile En Nogada at City Tacos

City Tacos is kicking off November with the Chile en Nogada Taco, a specialty menu item that will be available all month long. This traditional Mexican dish reflects the colors of the country’s flag with white, red and green ingredients.

City Tacos’ Chile en Nogada consists of a mixture of ground beef, almonds, walnuts and raisins, topped with a flame grilled poblano Chile and a velvety walnut cream sauce finished with pomegranate seeds and served on a fresh tortilla.

The special taco is available at both the North Park and La Mesa locations!

Get your seasonal fix at Breakfast Republic with their Ginger Spice Latte, brimming with rich gingerbread and cinnamon, a double shot of espresso and milk, and topped off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Prefer to get boozy? Try their Blueberry Lavender Mimosa.

Gorge on Fig Tree Café’s November specials at one of their three locations in Pacific Beach, Hillcrest and Liberty Station, including their Thanksgiving Pie Mimosa Flight, touting Blueberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Apple and Cherry tasters, in addition to their Triple Pecan French Toast – pecan cream stuffed French toast topped with butter pecan ice cream and warm pecan caramel.

Make your way to Bub’s @ the Beach for their SoCo Mule of the Month, crafted from Southern Comfort 80 Proof, fresh lime, bitters and Red Bull Organics Ginger Ale, garnished with a gummy gator.
