Experienced bar manager and mixologist Marcelo Amaya brings new life to a classic cocktail staple with the Midnight Old Fashioned, a brooding black take on the original. Pairing together the smooth profile of Suntory Toki whisky with the soothing flavor of chamomile syrup and smoky charcoal, this classy late-night libation promises to be the perfect addition to your evening out, complete with a crisp orange peel for a refreshing finish.
Midnight Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Suntory Japanese Whisky
½ oz Chamomile Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Charcoal
Orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix whiskey, then chamomile syrup, 2 dashes of bitters and charcoal.
- Stir well, strain and pour into an Old Fashioned glass over large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange peel and serve.
