The Rosemary Margarita

Ingredients
2 oz CaliFino Reposado tequila
1 oz rosemary-infused simple syrup*
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz store-bought pear puree
club soda
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except club soda) to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
- Pour into a Collins glass, served on the rocks.
- Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
*Rosemary syrup: Bring to boil over medium heat 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water and 6 fresh rosemary sprigs. Simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved.
