VinDiego Wine and Food Festival, San Diego’s “Classy Wine Event,” will host its 6th annual event on April 14, 2018 at NTC Liberty Station in Point Loma. Take your pick from more than 300 handcrafted wines to sample and cuisine from over 25 of San Diego’s top chefs. VinDiego is about people coming together to celebrate a shared passion; a passion for great wine and mouth-watering gourmet food. General Admission tickets include a souvenir wine glass and unlimited tastes of award winning wines and gourmet appetizers, along with tasty cheeses, artisan breads, and olive oils. The Early Entry VIP ticket allows you to get in one hour earlier than the general admission ticket.
Music headliner will be Jimmy & Enrique. Guitarist Jimmy Patton and percussionist Enrique Platas have combined their talents to form this award-winning duo. Their music can be described as having an international flair as they incorporate flamenco, middle-eastern, salsa, calypso, brazilian, and other world rhythms into their compositions and arrangements. Jimmy and Enrique’s musical collaboration has given creation to their unique, fiery world-music style that has captivated audiences from all over. Listeners will experience virtuosic guitar passages accompanied by exotic percussive rhythms, which together produce a sound that will grab your soul.
There will be a silent Auction to benefit San Diego Italian Film Festival.
