We’re gearing up for evening of food and fun at the new LEED Platinum-targeted office property in Little Italy, 2100 Kettner (we do love ourselves some sustainability). On February 6 from 5-8pm, we’ll be enjoying a walk-around tasting with cocktails, live entertainment, and a selection of sustainable seafood courtesy of Tuna Harbor Dockside Market. And since we love educating ourselves on our food, Marine scientists from NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center will join us share their insights on sustainable fishing. And because we love a good cause and we love preserving our 100% of proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the 501c3 San Diego Fishermen’s Working Group.
This Chef’s list can’t be beat:
Andrew Bachelier, Jeune et Jolie
Brad Wise, Trust
Brian Malarkey, Herb & Wood
Brian Redzikowski, Kettner Exchange
Davin Waite, Wrench & Rodent
Jason McLeod, Ironside Fish & Oyster
Kelli Crosson, A.R. Valentien
