Roy’s is offering a three-course brunch on Mother’s Day from 9 am to 3 pm, starting at just $39. The menu features guest favorites, like Kalua Pork Benedict, Hawaiian Seafood Omelet and Mosyaki “Butterfish.” Roy’s will also be open for dinner from 3 pm to 9 pm, featuring their classic menu with dishes like Blackened Island Ahi and Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef. Moms will also be treated to a beautiful orchid to wear in their hair!
Primavera will celebrate an Italian ‘festa della mamma’ with a three-course brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., priced at $56.95 per person, including $1 mimosas for all moms. Brunch selections include: avocado alla griglia, grilled shrimp, avocado and artichoke hearts served with lemon herb vinaigrette and toasted crostini; salmon bruschetta, smoked salmon with red onion, capers and herb crème fraiche; cialde con crema, Belgian waffle topped with sliced bananas, strawberries and vanilla crema, served with apple chicken sausage; limoncello mousse topped with mascarpone crème fraiche and fresh berries; and more.
The restaurant will offer an extended prix fixe brunch from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., priced at $55 per person. Brunch selections include: tartare de saumon fumé, house rum-smoked salmon with goat cheese crêpe, lemon zest, capers and caviar crème frâiche; moules à la crème d’ail, black mussels roasted in garlic cream, shallots and white wine; eggs Benedict, made with either crab cakes or Canadian bacon on a Wolferman’s English muffin with poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and rosemary roasted potatoes; mousse au chocolat, a rich dark homemade Callebaut chocolate mousse with seasonal red berries; and more. Specialty brunch cocktails will also be available, including classic Bellini, made with JP Chenet Blanc de Blanc Brut and peach purée; strawberry mint mimosa, made with Montsarra Cava Brut with muddled fresh strawberries and mint; and bloody mary.
The popular modern-American eatery will celebrate moms with a prix fixe, three-course brunch, available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $38 per person. Brunch selections include: cheddar grits with crispy pork belly, tomato, chili flake and stewed kale; ‘French toast’ deviled eggs with cinnamon brioche dust, maple syrup and fresh berries; lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon curd, macerated berries, powdered sugar and whipped lemon butter; serrano ham and smashed avocado benedict on house-made English muffins, topped with charred onions and hollandaise, served with signature BH home fries; and more.
Theatre Box will toast to moms with bottomless mimosas and bloody marys during Sugar Factory’s Sterling Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mother’s Day. The Sterling Brunch will include a breakfast buffet with omelet and waffle stations, as well as signature breakfast dishes including roasted herb salmon, biscuits and gravy, and more, priced at $45 for adults and $15 for children age 12 and under. Bottomless mimosas and bloody marys will also be available, priced at $20. Two seatings will be available for Sugar Factory’s Sterling Brunch, the first at 10 a.m. and the second at noon.
