The 9th Annual fundraiser for the Women’s Museum of California, the WINE & MUSIC FESTIVAL, formerly the Wine, Cheese, and Chocolate Festival was held on June 24th at 6 pm to 10 pm on the grassy North Promenade in front of the Women’s Museum at NTC Liberty Station in Point Loma, San Diego.
The event featured wine samples and several live bands, playing a wide range of originals to classic favorites.

San Diego Women’s Chorus (SDWC) is a lesbian-identified, feminist sisterhood of musicians that welcomes members and volunteers from the vastly diverse LGBTQ and straight-ally communities. They will be opening the show with a powerful original performance.
Marissa Grace is a 12-year-old singer, songwriter and YouTube sensation from La Mesa, California. She is a local-celebrity, whose dream is to make a difference through positive and relevant music.
Marcela Mendez is the lead singer of San Diego based pop-rock cover band HoneyRock. Her acoustic music has been turning ears for several years with her soaring vocals and spicy personality.
Ruby Clouds is a So Cal band from Los Angeles whose dreamy sounds have serenaded audiences in the U.S. and Mexico for years.
KodaSounds is an original rock band from San Diego, California. This group is all about instrument-driven music and creative vocal melodies.
Dan Rabb is a talented solo musician.
Choral Club of San Diego operates San Diego’s oldest continuously-running women’s chorus, originally established in 1939 by San Diego Choral Club. The Choral Club of San Diego focuses on giving women a positive artistic outlet, while also creating joyful performances that benefit the community.
The Flavor Company is an inclusive cultural dance company that honors the traditions of dance, and gives dancers of all levels opportunity for involvement. They will be entertaining our audience while the bands take a breather!
