Fireside s’mores, festive ferris wheel, and ice skating are turning Fairmont Grand Del Mar into a Winter Wonderland! The festivities have already kicked off and run through Wednesday, January 1, 2020, offering a whimsical atmosphere and activities like snap a selfie with Santa, carrousel rides, a Moët & Chandon champagne garden, and more. For the first time, Winter Wonderland at The Grand will feature an outdoor ice skating rink with over 5,000 square feet of ice under twinkling palm trees.
You can join in the merriment from 3:00-8:00 pm on weekdays and 1:00-9:00 pm on weekends (Friday-Sunday). Add in a little EXTRA magic on select nights, including: Sundays with Santa (3:00-7:00 pm through December 22), ice performances and Princess skating and live music on Friday nights. Parking is $20 per car (cash preferred) and ice skating including skate rentals cost $30 prepaid (reserve HERE) or $35 day-of.
Come hungry for treats like wood-fire pizzas, chili, chicken pot pie, hot dogs, cotton candy, and popcorn.
