You & Yours is California’s first urban destination distillery, with a picture-perfect bar backdrop of glass and artistic tile. We all know that every great city needs a great neighborhood distillery, and now this great distillery is elevating to the highest gastronomy standards with their new brunch menu.
With the goal of serving warm comfort food to pair with your small-batch liquor cocktails, You & Yours has aced your brunch-spirits experience. From solo brunchgoers hiding behind their laptops, to excited groups of gin drinkers toasting to the weekend, You & Yours provides an idyllic backdrop with its white-and-blue color palate resembling that of the bright hilltop of your favorite Greek island.
For your savory pick, you can choose from cozy options, such as fried chicken biscuit, with roasted jalapeno, gravy and quail egg-in-a-hole, or the pimento cheese hash brown crusted summer quiche. You had me at pimento cheese (can we pair that with a vodka cocktail please?).
And for your dessert-for-breakfast option, there’s a stuffed French toast with a perfectly sharp cherry jam and cream cheese filling. You can use a fork and knife, but why bother when you can pick it up with your hands while smearing more jam on it?
They even have some new brunch cocktails; one of which features cold brew from Modern Times. The “Wake up and Slay”, with their house-made gin, MT’s cold brew, orange, and Topo Chico will help you slay, all day every day.
